EU Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to customers located in the European Union who purchase eligible products from Allure Passion.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer, or a person chosen by the customer, receives the item. Our return window is 14 days from item delivery. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return window may be extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal request within the 14-day period.

How to Request a Withdrawal

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email used for the order
  • Product name
  • Reason for return, optional

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping should include tracking. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With tags, labels, hygiene liners, packaging, and accessories included where applicable
  • Free from stains, scents, makeup, deodorant marks, damage, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, tried on, worn, or used.

Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as Final Sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless required by law, or unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Final sale items may include selected collections, limited promotions, clearance products, intimate items, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, cosmetics, beauty items, or products clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs charges may not be refundable unless required by law.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as the order has not yet been fulfilled, processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return or withdrawal process if eligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate.
