If an order has been placed, you only have 1 hour to edit it, after that, the order starts fulfillment and can no longer be edited

We currently offer free shipping in the USA and Canada when you purchase over $100 USD or $100 CAD. International shipping is also available based on a flat fee based on the location.
If there is any defect, damage or error on our end, we can reship or refund the item and you can keep the item, there is no need to return it

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, and Russia,Belarus,Ecuador,Cuba,Iran,Syria,and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At our brand, we want to ensure transparency regarding our policies. Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. This means that if a customer simply doesn't like the product or has ordered the incorrect size, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange through returns. We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their choices before placing an order to ensure their satisfaction.
